RETURN POLICY

INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT. PLEASE OPEN ALL ITEMS CAREFULLY WITHOUT TEARING OR MARRING ANY INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR PACKAGING IN ANY WAY. RETAIN ALL BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. DO NOT CLAIM ANY REBATES OR WARRANTIES UNTIL YOU ARE SATISFIED THAT YOUR EQUIPMENT IS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY.

Return process must be initiated (request for RA#) within 30 calendar days of receipt of merchandise. This time period cannot be extended, therefore it is imperative that you check out your merchandise as soon as it is delivered.
After receiving an RA# the merchandise should be shipped back to us within 24 hours. If the merchandise is not shipped back within 2 business days a new RA# must be obtained. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method.

PRODUCT CONDITION

Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings, tape, folds, tears or defacing. A copy of your invoice should be included with your return.
Merchandise inspected by us and found to be in NEW condition can be used as full credit (excluding Shipping & Handling) as an exchange for other merchandise or as a "store credit" for purchasing a different item(s) at a later time. In the event that an item was shipped "free shipping", the return value will be the price of the item, less the actual cost of shipping and handling. Items returned for a cash refund (as opposed to exchange or store credit) will be refunded in full, as above, less a 10% restock charge.

DEFECTIVE POLICY

If your order proves defective within 30 days of receipt we will normally replace the defective item with an identical NEW product. An RA# must be obtained. Please verify that it is indeed defective by calling the manufacturer before requesting an RA# for a defective return. Defective products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Warranty cards must be blank. Products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings or signs of use or defacing of any kind . A copy of your invoice should be included with your return. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We will pay for the return shipping to you. Subsequent to the 10 day initial period you are covered with full manufacturers USA warranty.
No returns or cancellations on SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS THAT PROVE DEFECTIVE WE WILL RETURN TO GOOD WORKING ORDER). ALL TV's and Car DVDs are considered SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS. All dimensions etc. are deemed to be approximate and are usually obtained from the manufacturer. We cannot, however, take any responsibility in any event for their inaccuracy.
An RA# must be issued by us prior to the return by calling 800.776.3335 ext.2.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders are generally processed and shipped the same business day. Consequently, it will not always be possible to accept revisions or cancellations unless they are made on the same business day. Cancellations must be made prior to 5:00PM same business day (Friday 2:45). On online orders made after business hours this would apply to the business day immediately following the date of order. Where this is not adhered to, we reserve the right to apply a small service charge.

Please Note:
Cancellations must be phoned in and confirmed with a live operator. You will receive a cancellation #. If cancellation is emailed, it is not considered valid unless we email a confirmation of cancellation to you.

We take great pride and painstaking care in the preparation of our web site. On extremely rare occasions, human errors can inadvertently occur. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for product listed incorrectly.
